The city of Celle Ligure has been confered for the tenth consecutive year with the European Blue Flag for its sea’s quality.

The Blue Flag is a recognition confered by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) to the European coastal city that satisfies the high selective criteria, relative to the parameters of the bathing water’s quality and the services offered, having in consideration, as an example, the cleanness of the beach and the touristic sitings.

The recognition is assigned every year to beaches in more than 30 countries of the world in Europe, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada and the Caribbean according to the criterias chosen by the FEE.
